BEAUMONT: Detectives asking for assistance in locating armed and dangerous shooting suspect

BEAUMONT – Detectives are asking for assistance in locating a shooting suspect, who is considered armed and dangerous after a shooting incident that occurred in the city of Beaumont.

The incident began as a road rage incident on Dec. 06, at about 1130 p.m. The shooting took place at the intersection of Oak Valley Parkway and Edelweiss Dr. According to Banning PD, the suspect brandished a firearm and fired at the victim. The victim’s vehicle was struck with at least one round.

Through exhaustive investigative means, detectives with the Beaumont Police Department identified the suspect as Dominic Duro (BOB 3-30-92). Duro currently has an active warrant for his arrest for his part in this shooting incident. Duro also has a large tattoo with his last name “DURO” spelled out on his throat.

According to a press release from Beaumont PD, “He (Duro) may be driving a 2008 gold or tan-colored Chevrolet Tahoe with paper plates. He is considered armed and dangerous. Do NOT attempt to detain this subject, if you have information regarding his whereabouts, please call 911.”
