Riverside PD requesting assistance in identifying suspect who assaulted woman

RIVERSIDE – Officials from Riverside police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown assailant who attacked a woman in the area of the Laurel Glen apartments at 6145 Pegasus Drive, in the City and County of Riverside. The assault occurred during daytime hours in late December.

In January, the unidentified suspect was seen in the area of the KMART located at 7200 Arlington Avenue, near Van Buren Blvd., in Riverside.
After exhausting all investigative leads, Riverside Police officials are requesting the public’s help in identifying the unknown assailant.
According to a press release from Riverside PD, the victim described the suspect as a white male adult in his late twenties, about 5’11” tall and thin. He has long black hair which he wears combed backwards. At the time of the assault, the suspect had a “five o’clock shadow,” but was otherwise clean-shaven.
