Domestic Battery / False Imprisonment
On 01/16/16 at 8:20 a.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department were dispatched to an address in the 600 block of Kesha Court regarding a domestic disturbance. Ayla Roberts (26 yrs) was arrested for 273.5 PC, domestic battery, and 236 PC, false imprisonment. Roberts was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Domestic Battery / Child Endangerment
On 01/14/16, at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residence in the 200 block of Blue Ridge Lane reference a domestic disturbance. On 01/16/16 at 11:27 a.m., officers were able to locate the suspect, John Ley (31 yrs), at his residence in the City of Hemet. Ley was arrested for 273.5 PC, domestic battery, and 273a PC, child endangerment. He was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Driving Under the Influence / Hit and Run / Public Intoxication
On 01/10/16, at approximately 3:33 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a hit and run traffic collision on Ramona Expressway and San Jacinto Avenue. The driver, Shawn Meekins (36 yrs), was arrested for felony driving under the influence and hit and run. The passenger Renee Barrera (21 yrs) was arrested for 647(f) PC, public intoxication. Both subjects were booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Violation of a Restraining Order
On 01/10/16, at approximately 10:50 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Lynden Trails Drive reference a violation of a restraining order. Joshua Easley (36 yrs) was at the residence in violation of a domestic violence temporary restraining order (DVTRO). Easley was arrested for 273.6 PC, violation of a DVTRO, and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
