In her presentation, Korinna told RCNS she will clear up common misconceptions about these amazing wild cats, while sharing interesting information about their biology and behavior, and answering any questions residents might have about living alongside them.

As the Mountain Lion Foundation’s Conservation Specialist, Korinna spearheads the Foundation’s conservation programs which aim to end trophy hunting across the West and reduce the number of mountain lions killed as a result of depredation, poisons, traffic, poaching, and habitat loss.

Korinna is a passionate science communicator and frequent speaker at community events and professional conferences. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with communities to implement solutions that protect people, pets, livestock, and livelihoods.

“This event is free, so bring a friend,” Korinna told RCNS as the date for the event was approaching.
