Kidnapping, carjacking leads to Redding man’s arrest
REDDING, Calif. — Authorities say a man who carjacked and kidnapped a Redding man at knife-point from the Bonnyview Boat Ramp in Redding was apprehended late last night, Thursday, Oct. 8.
