Temecula man released on bail after Lake Elsinore rape investigation leads to arrest
TEMECULA, Calif., — Authorities say a Temecula man was arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual penetration with a foreign object as part of an ongoing, months-long investigation that began in Lake Elsinore in January.
