SUV Smashes Into Fire Station 7 In Menifee In Early Morning Incident

MENIFEE – An SUV plowed into a shed located to the rear of CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Station 7 yesterday morning, on Nov. 30. The fire station is located at 27860 Bradley Rd. in Menifee.
The collision occurred at approximately 7:30 a.m. Riverside County Firefighters were on scene within moments of the traffic collision, as there were personnel inside the station at the time of the incident.
There was no immediate explanation as to why the vehicle collided into the fire stations shed. Due to the nature of the collision, minor extrication of the driver was required.
According to Jennifer Fuhrman, Press Information Officer for the Riverside County Fire Department, the driver of the SUV “sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital via ground ambulance for evaluation and treatment.”
There were no additional reported injuries.
