HEMET: Schools take precautions in response to circulating rumors

Hemet area schools are on what officials are calling “soft” lockdowns, following threats made against them after a shooting in Perris yesterday, in one juvenile shot another juvenile in the head.
At least two schools have added extra security and brought in local law enforcement agencies to assist with ensuring the safety of the students that attend those schools.
The shooting, which occurred at a McDonalds across the street from a Perris high school, reportedly involved a juvenile male who shot another juvenile male in the head. The incident…… To read rest of this story, visit Valley News.
