TEMECULA: Missing Temecula man found “uninjured and under no duress”
TEMECULA – A man who was reported missing Saturday, April 8 was found safe and uninjured Saturday, May 13. The man was found just over one month after he was reported missing.
Riverside County sheriff’s deputies assigned to the Temecula Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing team began searching for Mabry after he was reported missing by his family.
Deputies found the missing man in a creek bed adjacent to the intersection of Temecula Parkway and Old Town Front Street. Officials who found Mabry reported that he was “uninjured and under no duress,” according to authorities.
After deputies found Mabry, Saturday, May 13, they arrested him without incident for outstanding warrants regarding charges of burglary and indecent exposure. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center, Sgt. Steve Fredericks explained after Mabry was located.

TEMECULA – Officials are asking for the public’s help finding a missing Temecula resident, after the man was reported missing Saturday, April 8. According to officials, 32-year-old, Jonathan Mabry left his residence after a “disagreement with a family member.”
Mabry is 5’09”, 175 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has not been seen or heard from since April 9,” sheriff’s officials said in a press release after Mabry’s disappearance.
After he left his home, Mabry was believed to be “associating with transients” in the Temecula area and possibly living in the creek bed near the intersection of Temecula Parkway and Old Town Front Street, according to officials.
“Mabry may exhibit signs of mental illness and is likely in need of mental health care,” said Sgt. Steve Fredericks said after the investigation began.
