Murrieta PD’s Weekly Roundup 10/11

From Murrieta PD/Facebook

– If you’re going to be shoplifting, it’s probably prudent to not have all of your meth and heroin with you. I’m sure that John Bertrand was just holding it for a friend. #imsure

– Remember our #MadLibs post? Here’s the #dealeo . Tuesday morning, Officers Miller and Devey conducted a traffic stop and contacted Charles Renovales and Gavin Pyle. Mr. Pyle was found to be on supervised release for narcotics related charges. That meth and heroin he had in his jacket pocket was a violation of his supervised release and he won a one way ride to #CBDC. #imjustholdingitforafriend As the officers were searching the car, they located even more meth and heroin in the engine compartment. #howdthatgetthere While the possession of marijuana is legal, meth and heroin is not. #themoreyouknow

– Tuesday afternoon Officer Baker responded to a disabled vehicle left in the middle of the street. He located the driver of the vehicle, Britni Martino nearby. A records check revealed that Ms. Martino was on probation. As Officer Baker was speaking to her, he informed her that he would be conducting a probation search and asked to search the purse that she was holding. She informed him that the purse she was holding wasn’t her purse. #waitwhat #ummmok #butyourholdingit Of course the meth inside the purse wasn’t hers either. #somuchmysterymeth #whocoulditbelongto

– Last night Officer Pitetti located a vehicle that was parked on the sidewalk along a busy street. #thatsodd He stopped to check the welfare of the occupants and recognized the driver, Diether Zajac from previous contacts. #heknowsalotofpeople During the contact Officer Pitetti located meth and paraphernalia. Diether spent the rest of his night in #thebyrdhouse.

– Ok people, we gotta talk. There have been four, count them, four traffic collisions in the past five days where the driver has been DUI. #four #quatro #quatre #vier #negy #thatonesforyousylvia

– The first one was Saturday night and the driver hit two parked cars so hard that one of them hit a house. The second one was in the Sam’s Club parking lot on Tuesday. Jessie Hanebrink-Fisher almost took out a palm tree and then collided with an oncoming vehicle. She was found to be DUI. #vodka Wednesday afternoon Officer Metoyer responded to a report of a driver that hit two vehicles and fled. Officer Metoyer located the suspect vehicle down the street from a school just as the kids were getting out. #gurrllllthatssonotcool Officer Metoyer determined that the female driver was DUI and placed her under arrest. #morevodka The fourth accident was yesterday evening when a vehicle collided into the side of a building. Corporal Abbate arrived to find Donald Niemeyer and a bottle of #vodka in the vehicle. #somuchvodka #maybeyoushouldtrywater There’s really no excuse to drink and drive. #uber #lyft #callyourmomma You really don’t want to end up in the roundup, or worse, hurt someone else.
