When officials arrived they found a dark-colored SUV that was fully engulfed in flames. The driver had already safely gotten out of her burning vehicle and firefighters made quick work knocking down the fire.

The victim later told officials and others at the scene that she was in the restaurant’s drive-thru when her vehicle began to suffer a mechanical failure. As the woman pulled away from the restaurant and onto the street, she smelled smoke and realized her SUV had caught on fire.

Officials and others are still looking into the mechanical failure that caused the vehicle blaze.
