Wildomar News: Acting City Clerk awarded Certified Municipal Clerk designation, State of the City: Nov. 4
WILDOMAR, CA – The City of Wildomar was excited to announce today that their City Clerk, Janet Morales, was recently awarded the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk. She became the Acting City Clerk/City Clerk in May 2019 and on Thursday, Oct. 28 received her designation of Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC).

Only those municipal clerks who complete demanding education requirements; and who have a record of significant contributions to their local government, their community and state, are granted the coveted CMC designation, the city explained.
In addition to her recent CMC designation, Morales also received her California Professional City Clerk’s Certificate from the University of Riverside last month.
“I appreciate all the opportunities presented to me from the City Council and City Manager and the support from the staff, community and fellow clerks,” Morales told RCNS this afternoon. “It has been my pleasure working for the City and I look forward to continue to serve the public in this new role”
“I really appreciate all of the hard work Janet has put into achieving the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk,” said Mayor Dustin Nigg. “Janet is a valued member of our staff and team at the City of Wildomar and it is so great to see her achieving even more.”
