UPDATE: 11/11/2016 8:37 p.m. Coroner’s officials have identified the victim killed in last Wednesday’s two-vehicle traffic collision as Humberto Avila Olvera, 55 of Cathedral City. The deadly collision happened on Soboba Road, 1.3 miles west of Chabela Drive in San Jacinto.
