JURUPA VALLEY: One detained after man and dog stabbed during street-side fight
JURUPA VALLEY — A person has been detained for questioning after a man and his dog were stabbed during a street-side altercation earlier this afternoon at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Packard Avenue in Jurupa Valley.
