On 11/09/15, at approximately 12:09 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Alessandro Avenue. Damien McCay (35 yrs) was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for 530.5(a) identity theft.  He was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 11/08/15, at approximately 05:10 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Warren Road reference a domestic disturbance.  Jennifer Krome (37 yrs) was arrested for violation of 243(e)(1) PC, domestic battery.  Krome was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, 11364(a) HS.  Krome was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility on the above charges.

On 11/08/15, at approximately 12:39 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to the Walmart, located in the 1800 block of South San Jacinto Avenue, reference a shoplifter being detained. Alfonso Castellanos (18 yrs) was arrested for 490.5 PC, shoplifting. A records check revealed Castellanos was also in violation of his felony probation, 1203.2(a) PC. Castellanos was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 11/06/15,  at approximately 05:32 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an address in the 300 block of North State Street reference a domestic disturbance. Lokelani Estrella (24 yrs), was arrested for 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery. Estrella was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 11/06/15, at approximately 08:30 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an address in the 700 block of South Santa Fe Avenue reference a family disturbance. Ignacio Hernandez (43 yrs) displayed the objective symptoms of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Hernandez was arrested for 11550(a) HS, under the influence of a controlled substance.  During a search of his property, officers found 1.4 grams of methamphetamine. Hernandez was booked at the Larry Smith Correctional Facility for 11550(a) HS as well as 11377(a) HS, possession of a controlled substance.

On 11/04/15, at approximately 11:58 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department conducted a records check of a silver Honda Civic traveling north on State Street at Esplanade Avenue.  The vehicle came back reported stolen from the City of Redlands earlier in the day.

A felony stop was conducted on Esplanade Avenue at Freedom Way and the driver, Jay Howell (33 yrs), was arrested for 496d(a) PC, possession of a stolen vehicle, 11377(a) HS, possession of a controlled substance, 11364(a) HS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 11357(a) HS, possession of marijuana.  Howell was booked into the Southwest Detention Center.

On 11/03/15, at approximately about 04:15 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to an address in the 1000 block of South San Jacinto Avenue regarding a wanted subject. Hector Ramos (25 yrs) was taken into custody for an outstanding felony warrant for 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery.  He was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 11/03/15, at approximately 02:17 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residence in the 100 block of North San Jacinto Avenue reference a disturbance. Raul Celaya (26 yrs) was arrested for 532 PC, theft by false pretense, 484 PC, theft 419 PC, trespassing after legal removal.  Celaya was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility

On 11/03/15, at approximately 11:24 a.m. an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a report of an assault outside the probation office, located in the 1300 block of South State Street. Jerry Holloway (48 yrs) was arrested for 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery, and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 11/02/15, at approximately 08:41 a.m. an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted a pedestrian in the 300 block of South Jordan Avenue. Nahum Acevedo (22 yrs) had a felony warrant for 496d(a) PC, possession of a stolen vehicle. Acevedo was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for the warrant.
