On 12/09/15, at approximately 10:09 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an address in the 400 block of Angela Way reference a domestic disturbance. The suspect, Cynthia Owens (49 yrs), fled the location prior to officer’s arrival. On Thursday, 12/10/15, Owens was located back at the residence and was subsequently arrested for 245(a)(1) PC, assault with a deadly weapon, and 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery. She was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 12/09/15, at approximately 04:24 p.m., an officer conducted a business check in the 600 block of Ramona Boulevard. John Chacon (44 yrs) was contacted at the location. A records check of Chacon showed he had an outstanding felony warrant for 3056 PC, parole violation. Chacon was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 12/07/15, at approximately 10:50 a.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a business in the 100 block of North Sanderson Avenue regarding a battery. Steven Foss (35 yrs) was arrested for 245(a)(1) PC, assault with a deadly weapon and 21310 PC, possession of a dirk or dagger. Foss was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Manuel Necochea (65 yrs) was contacted and detained. A records check of Necochea revealed he had an outstanding felony warrant for 4573 PC, bringing a controlled substance into a jail. Necochea was arrested for the warrant and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
