Joshua Easley (36 yrs) was arrested for 273.6(a) PC, restraining order violation, and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/16/16, at approximately 8:39 a.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted Anthony Williams (37 yrs) in a business parking lot in the 1800 block of South San Jacinto Avenue. Williams was arrested for an outstanding domestic battery warrant, 273.5 PC, out of El Dorado County. Williams was booked at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/15/16, at approximately 8:33 a.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted a pedestrian at Seventh Street cross of San Jacinto Avenue. Marcus Davis (26 yrs) was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery. Davis was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/15/16, at approximately 7:57 a.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Casper Street reference a wanted subject. Willian Elan (61 yrs) was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for 288(c)(2) PC, lewd or lascivious acts with a juvenile. Elan was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Jacob Ingalls (22 yrs) was arrested for 243(e)(1)PC, domestic battery and 236 PC, false imprisonment. Ingalls was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 02/12/16, at 1:45 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of Garrett Way. Jason Leonard (35 yrs) was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for 459 PC, burglary. Jason was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

PRCS Felony Warrant
On 02/10/16, at approximately 11:15 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted Francisco Mendoza (32 yrs) leaving a vacant property on Main Street and Jordan Avenue. A records check on Mendoza showed he had a no bail felony warrant for 3455(a) PC, Post Release Community Supervision violation (AB109). Mendoza was arrested on the warrant and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

On 01/31/16, at approximately 6:27 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to an address in the 1000 block of Irwin Street reference a burglary. Kelton Moore (20 yrs) was arrested for 459 PC, burglary and 1203.2(a) PC, probation violation. He was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Shoplifting with Intent / Trespassing
On 01/23/16, at approximately 3:20 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department spoke to Walmart loss prevention staff about a subject in the store who was possibly shoplifting. Nicholas Millan (28 yrs) was observed concealing several items and left the business without paying for merchandise. Millan was detained outside the store without incident arrested for 459.5(a) PC, shoplifting with intent, and 602.1(a) PC, trespassing. He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center.

On 01/19/16, at 2:04 a.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an traffic collision in the 2100 block of Capet Street. The driver of a 90’s Honda Civic fled the scene after crashing into two parked vehicles and a tree. The driver, Joey-Angelo Nicholas (19 yrs) was located at his residence in the 2100 block of Versailles Street and arrested for 23152(a) VC, driving under the influence. Nicholas was booked into the Southwest Detention Center for 23512(a) VC and 594(b)(1) PC, felony vandalism.

Domestic Battery / Committing a Felony While Out On Bail
On 01/17/16, at 10:06 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Fifth Street. Jerry Maroney Jr. (36 yrs) was arrested for violations of 273.5(a)PC, domestic battery, and 12022.1(b) PC, felony committed while out on bail. Maroney was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Driving Under the Influence
On 01/17/16, at approximately 6:56 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a non-injury collision at the intersection of State Street and Ramona Boulevard. The driver of one of the vehicles was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Joseph Mills (25 yrs) was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility 23152(a)/(b) VC, driving under the influence.

I used to live in the Hemet, Idyllwild area. I moved to Oregon in 1990. Wish they would post something like this where I live now. I think it is great. Keep up the good reporting.
They do post things like this in Eugene, Oregon

Yes I was in Hemet California at Casa del Sol RV Park for me and my wife was physically assaulted by an employee there I paid 3 months in advance because my wife was pregnant and when it’s time to have the baby we look for a quiet place this was not the place I have 9 cameras on my trailer and my truck I have everything on tape that they did even the police not doing their job I was physically assaulted my wife was physically assaulted but this white man told me after I defended myself at the hit me three times and it my wife tells me I’m going to jail I want to know why he do that you assault me by punching paperwork in my chest I do nothing I am standing on the property that I rent it my wife gets in front of you and tell you to go away you decide to hit my wife I get between him and my wife he hits me again and I tell him to go away he did not choose to do that I had no choice but to defend myself believe me I could have took complete advantage of this guy but I did not I hit him a couple of times to let him know he was barking up the wrong tree but it’s kind of f*****-up when the police show up and arrest the first black thing they see that’s the real f*****-up part it’s really hard to appreciate when you call the police for protection and they arrest you didn’t threaten you with a felony refuse you medical help knowing that I’ve been a lifelong athlete have had over 20 surgeries put on handcuffs so tight you can’t even get them off and again I’m asking for medical attention the white man gets medical attention I get handcuffs not cool
