On 04/09/2016, at approximately 11:03 a.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to an address in the 1200 block of Evans Street reference a domestic disturbance. Jose Santillan (32 yrs) was arrested for 245(a)(1) PC, assault with a deadly weapon. Santillan was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Felony warrant
On 04/08/16, at approximately 9:45 p.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted a male subject on Jordan Avenue and Fifth Street. A records check revealed Gerardo Ramos (35 yrs) had a felony warrant for 459 PC, burglary. Ramos was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Under the influence of a controlled substance
Post Release Community Supervision violation
On 04/08/16, at approximately 5:50 p.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residence in the 100 block of Lori Ann Street reference a fraud case. A male subject who attempted to flee out a bathroom window was detained. Levi Loyle (26 yrs) was arrested for 11550(a) HS, under the influence of a controlled substance, and 3455(a) PC, Post Release Community Supervision (AB109) violation. Loyle was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Fraudulent use of an access card
On 03/30/16 the San Jacinto Police Department posted a flyer on our Facebook page requesting assistance from the community in identifying a fraud suspect. Acting on information obtained through that post, on 04/08/16 at approximately 5:50 p.m., officers with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a residence in the 100 block of Lori Ann Street reference the fraud case. Fawn Ellison (30 yrs) was arrested for 484g PC, fraudulent use of an access card and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Richard Fierro (41 yrs) was arrested for 273.5(a) PC, domestic battery, and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Criminal threats
On 04/07/16, at approximately 8:10 p.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to the Walmart, located in the 1800 block of South San Jacinto Avenue, regarding a shoplifter in custody. While en route to the location, officers received further information that Tony Madero Jones Jr. (35 yrs) was attempting to break down the security office door to free the detained shoplifter. Jones was arrested for 422 PC, criminal threats, and booked into Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
