Donald Eichinger (53 years of Valle Vista) was arrested and booked at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for 243(e)(1) PC (Domestic Battery).

Threatening an Officer / Robbery / Under the Influence

of a Controlled Substances

On 051216, about 6:25 p.m., deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of Orpington Avenue and Leghorn Avenue, reference a report of a subject covered in blood. Bryan Worthington (39 years of East Hemet), was arrested and booked at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for 69 PC (Threatening an Officer), 211 PC (Robbery), and 11550 HS (Under the Influence of a Controlled Substances).

On April 28, 2016, approximately 0800 hours, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to the area of Vinton Place and Columbia Avenue, reference a suspicious vehicle. Benjamin Masiel II (34 years of Pauma Valley) was arrested for 30605(a) PC – Possession of an assault weapon, 667(e)(2)(c) PC – Armed with a deadly weapon, 11550(e) H&S – Under the influence of a controlled substance in possession of a gun, 30305 PC – Possession of ammunition, 25850(a) PC – Possession of a loaded firearm in a public place, 23900 PC – Removing a weapons serial number, 32310 PC – Possession of large capacity magazines, 23152(e) PC – Driving under the influence of a controlled substance, 12022.1 PC – Felony committed while on bail, 11377(a) H&S – Possession of a controlled substance, 11364(a) H&S – Possession of drug paraphernalia. Masiel was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility, with bail set at $750,000.00.
