Two shots were fired from a single story residence. The shots fired nearly missed neighbors on the next street. The neighbor called 911. Suspect was to believe to still be in the home.

RSO blocked off Lloyd and asked residents to remain inside their homes and set up a perimeter as Star 9 circled the area.

RSO attempted to contact the suspect via PA. After numerous attempts RSO made entry to residence. RSO found elderly man wheelchair bound uninjured.

He needed medical assistance and the only way he could get anyone’s attention was to fire two rounds.

Thank God no one was hurt and there were no injuries and the officers are safe. The resident was transported to the hospital for medical needs.
