HEMET: DUI related traffic collision leads to arrest

Hemet – On Sept. 23 around 7 a.m. multiple callers reported a vehicle crashed into a power pole on State Street just south of Fruitvale Avenue.
The Hemet Fire Dept responded with the Hemet Police Department.
The fire department checked the driver for injuries and found she had none.
After doing multiple field sobriety tests the police determined the driver to be under the influence of alcohol and placed her under arrest for DUI.
