SAN JACINTO: Firefighters quickly contain converted rail car fire
SAN JACINTO — Firefighters made quick work controlling a blaze involving a converted storage railroad car, Monday, Sept. 18. The early evening fire happened in the 600 block of Shaver Street in San Jacinto.

Based on information received from 911 callers, the incident was originally reported and dispatched as a residential structure fire.
In March, firefighters responded to a major structure fire on the same street. In that fire, a man was hospitalized with major burn injuries, officials reported at the time.
Thirteen firefighters from three engine companies responded to the fire, Cal Fire/Riverside, Riverside County Fire Public Information Officer Jody Hagemann explained in an incident report. They were assisted by a paramedic squad.
When fire officials arrived, they found the converted railroad storage car engulfed in flames. Firefighters made a quick and aggressive attack on the fire and successfully contained the blaze shortly before 6 p.m.
There were no reported injuries related to the fire.
Officials are investigating the cause of the blaze and their investigation is ongoing.

He finished his career while working as a Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Investigator and was a court-designated expert in child abuse and child sex-related crimes.
Trevor has been married for more than 27 years and was a foster parent to more than 60 children over 13 years. He is now an adoptive parent and has 13 children and 14 grandchildren.
