HEMET: Suspected DUI driver arrested after solo-vehicle Domenigoni Pkwy. rollover
HEMET — A man suspected of driving under the influence was arrested after a single-vehicle rollover accident, late Wednesday evening, June 13. The wreck happened on Domenigoni Parkway, between Sanderson Avenue and Warren Road.

A Hemet police officer reported the accident about 10:20 p.m., after witnessing the wreck while driving on Domenigoni Parkway. The officer advised the vehicle had left the roadway and overturned and requested additional law enforcement resources as well as fire and rescue personnel respond to the scene of the accident.
Arriving officials found a heavily damaged, white pickup truck on its side, near the middle of the dirt median. Paint supplies, buckets, fiberglass ladder, and various personal items were strewn throughout the center divider.
The driver was not injured in the wreck and after being evaluated by AMR medics at the scene, the man declined further medical treatment.
Officers investigating the solo-vehicle crash eventually arrested the driver without incident and he was transported to Hemet Jail.
Hemet PD’s investigation is ongoing and officials have not released any information regarding the crash or man’s arrest.

Trevor’s assignments included Corrections, Patrol, DUI Enforcement, Boat and Personal Water-Craft based Lake Patrol, Off-Road Vehicle Enforcement, Problem Oriented Policing Team and Personnel/Background Investigations. He finished his career while working as a Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Investigator and was a court-designated expert in child abuse and child sex-related crimes.
Trevor has been married for more than 27 years and was a foster parent to more than 60 children over 13 years. He is now an adoptive parent and has 13 children and 14 – soon to be 15 – grandchildren.
