Deputies assigned to the Menifee Police Station, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire, and other emergency personnel, were dispatched to the scene of the crash at 11:17 p.m., after receiving reports of a vehicle versus motorcycle traffic collision, Riverside Sheriff’s Sergeant John Burke explained after the deadly crash.

911 callers reported “a motorcycle in the roadway” and that the involved passenger vehicle “had rolled multiple times,” said Burke.

When sheriff and fire officials arrived they determined the rider had already succumbed to their injuries and the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Based on the circumstances, members of Menifee PD’s Traffic Collision Team responded to the crash and assumed the investigation.

“Two occupants of the overturned vehicle declined medical attention at the scene,” Burke later reported.

Alcohol and/or drug impairment do not appear to be a factor in this collision at this time, according to Burke, who said Menifee PD’s crash investigation is ongoing.
