No injuries after two-vehicle wreck involving ambulance
MURRIETA — Officials are at the scene of a two-vehicle accident involving a passenger vehicle and an ambulance that happened earlier this morning, Friday, Feb 22. The accident happened in the 30000 block of Auld Rd., near the Southwest Justice Center Superior Courthouse.

CHP, RSO, and other emergency personnel, were first alerted to the crash shortly after 8 a.m., when an AmeriCare ambulance crew reported the accident. The reporting party advised the crash was near the “new traffic light and fire station,” and that both involved vehicles had pulled off the roadway, according to a CHP incident log. The crash also involved a Subaru Outback driven by a male.
CHP’s incident log also indicated that someone had reported that the ambulance was driving recklessly just before the crash happened, but the log provided no further details as to how the ambulance crew was driving recklessly.
The Subaru was eventually towed from the scene shortly after 9 a.m., and CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
CHP’s incident log did not mention any injuries involved in the crash or any further details.

Trevor’s assignments included Corrections, Patrol, DUI Enforcement, Boat and Personal Water-Craft based Lake Patrol, Off-Road Vehicle Enforcement, Problem Oriented Policing Team, and Personnel/Background Investigations. He finished his career while working as a Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Investigator and was a court-designated expert in child abuse and child sex-related crimes.
Trevor has been married for more than 28 years and was a foster parent to more than 60 children over 13 years. He is now an adoptive parent and his “fluid family” includes 13 children and 15 – but soon to be 16 – grandchildren.
