Hemet man arrested after Green Acres murder

GREEN ACRES — Authorities arrested a Hemet man after they say he killed another Hemet man yesterday evening, Wednesday, July 10. The deadly incident happened at a residence in the 26000 block of Green Ave, south of Hwy 79, in the unincorporated area of Hemet known as Green Acres.

Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner officials have since identified the victim as Michael Condoluci, 41, of Hemet. A coroner’s release indicated Michael passed away at 3:24 a.m.

The man who was arrested for allegedly killing Michael has been identified as Timothy Anthony Condoluci of Hemet. Various official reports have listed the alleged suspect as either being 32 or 36-years-old.

Officials have not yet specified how or if the two men were related or the manner in which the victim was killed.

Deputies from the Perris Sheriff’s Station responded to the residence at 9:53 p.m., after receiving a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon, Riverside Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit Sgt. Rick Espinoza later reported.

When they arrived at the residence, deputies found Michael bleeding from an unspecified injury. AMR rushed the victim to Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center in Moreno Valley for emergency medical treatment. However, despite life-saving efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased about five and a half hours after the deadly incident was reported.

Based on the circumstances, members of the Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation.

During their subsequent investigation, authorities determined Timothy was responsible for Michael’s fatal injuries and he was arrested at the scene at 11:40 p.m.

Timothy was later booked into Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside on suspicion of murder.  Jail records indicate the alleged suspect remains in custody on $1 million bail and he is scheduled to be arraigned at an unspecified court, Monday, July 15.

This is an active investigation and Espinoza said no additional details are currently available.

Trevor has been married for more than 28 years and was a foster parent to more than 60 children over 13 years. He is now an adoptive parent and his “fluid family” includes 13 children and 15 – but soon to be 16 – grandchildren.
