WINCHESTER: Juvenile found burglarizing business arrested
WINCHESTER – Sheriff’s authorities arrested a juvenile suspected of committing at least three recent burglaries Thursday, Feb. 2. The alleged suspect was arrested after deputies located him hiding inside a commercial business during an early-morning burglary investigation.
