Felony Warrant/ Parole Violation

On 05/16/16, at approximately 5:38 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to the 300 block of South State Street. William Ingham (30 yrs) was arrested for a felony warrant for 3056 PC, parole violation. Ingham was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Assault with a deadly weapon/ Possession of concealed dirk or dagger

Parole Violation

On 05/14/16, at approximately 2:24 p.m., officers from the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a brandishing of a weapon call in the 1400 block of South San Jacinto Avenue. Aaron Hernandez (22 yrs) was arrested for 245(a)(1) PC, assault with a deadly weapon, 21310 PC, possession of a concealed dirk or dagger, and 3056 PC, parole violation. Hernandez was booked into the Southwest Detention Center.

Possession of a controlled substance for sales/ Transportation of a controlled substance/ Probation violation

On 05/13/16, at approximately 9:20 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of South State Street. Edgar Solis was arrested for 11378 HS, possession of a controlled substance for sales, 11379 HS, transportation of a controlled substance, 1202.3(a) PC, probation violation, and 14601.1(a) VC, driving with suspended driver’s license. Solis was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Felon in possession of ammunition / Probation violation

On 05/09/16, at approximately 2:00 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a business in the 100 block of South Ramona Boulevard reference a vandalism. Gerson Coca was arrested for 30305(a)(1) PC, felon in possession of ammunition, and 1202.3(a)(1) PC, probation violation. Coca was booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Shoplifting with Intent/ Conspiracy / Felon in possession of a firearm/ 

Resisting arrest with force

On 05/08/16, at approximately 2:37 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department responded to a business in the 700 block of South San Jacinto Avenue reference subjects shoplifting. Kelly Soto and Jovonny Jaime were arrested for 459.5 PC, shoplifting with intent, 11364(a) HS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 182 PC, conspiracy.

Justin Murray attempted to flee on foot but was detained after a short foot pursuit. He was found to be in possession of a loaded .25 caliber handgun. Murray was arrested for 29800(a)(1) PC, felon in possession of a firearm, 30305(a)(1) PC, felon in possession of ammunition, 69 PC, resisting arrest with force, 182 PC, conspiracy, 459.5 PC, shoplifting with intent and 3056 PC, parole violation. Murray, Soto, and Jaime were booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.

Felon in possession of a firearm/ Felon in possession of ammunition

On 05/04/16, at approximately 6:07 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department was dispatched to the 800 block of South Santa Fe Avenue reference a man with a gun. Lance Benitez (30 Yr) was arrested for 29900(a)(1) PC, felon in possession of a firearm, and 30305(a)(1) PC, felon in possession of ammunition. Benitez was booked into the Larry D. Warrant arrest

On 05/04/16, at approximately 4:50 p.m., an officer with the San Jacinto Police Department contacted Melvin Pacheco (19 yrs) on San Jacinto Avenue north of Midway Street. A records check revealed Pacheco had two warrants for 243(e)(1) PC, domestic battery. Melvin was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility
