On 06/15/2016, approximately 7:00 AM, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station, responded to a residence in the 26000 block of Katharin Street, regarding an assault. Breanna Colter (21 years of Hemet) was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for 245(a)(1) PC.

Domestic Battery
On 05/30/2016, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station, responded to a residence in the 40000 block of Acacia Avenue, regarding a disturbance. Daniel Fernandez (27 years of East Hemet) was arrested and booked into the Southwest Detention Center for 243(e)(1) PC (Domestic Battery).

Assault with Deadly Weapon, Possession of Metal Knuckles
On 05/22/2016, approximately 7:30 PM, deputies from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station, responded to a residence in the 25000 block of Hemet Street, regarding an assault with a deadly weapon. Naomi Padilla (18 years of Valle Vista) was arrested and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility for 245(a)(1) PC (Assault with Deadly Weapon) and 21810 PC (Possession of Metal Knuckles).

Just want updates
I was wondering why my kids mom wasnt arrested after trying to kill me with her car . She drag me down the street between the car door and the car backwards for probably 75 ft then forwards for over a hundred 50 ft while this was going on my daughter jumped from the front seat of the car to the back seat of the car open up the door and jumped out of the car while it was moving and my brother caught her in the air and my daughters only 4 years old there was a arrest warrant issued week later officer called me told me that he was arresting her and she never made it to the jail .was released from Val Vista Sheriff station and allowed to leave in the car that she tried to kill me in with no driver license or insurance and can never get one she was only charged with a misdemeanor domestic violence and child endangerment and when I went to pick up a copy of the police report being the victim they charged me $13 for the report tore the first page off which the report started page 2 and not in any of the statements that it said that she used the car or that my daughter jumped from the car I told the officer several several times that she bit me in my face and bit me on my arm and the officer said it looked like she hit me with the door. This kind of treatment has been going on for years it first happened in 2010 where I was forced to plead guilty to a domestic violence when I was the victim then too it happened 2 times last year where I was arrested and I wasn’t even charged nor was I even on the same property as her I’ve been forced to have to bail out of jail forced to go to court by court dates because of charges that were put on me that I never should have been charged with my children were taken from me that I had sole custody of and give him back to the mother with a protection order that lost them in c p s I had to spend numerous thousands of dollars to get my children back and this is happening all over again due to the lack of Investigation into the false charges being brought against me I now have my children a restraining order against her to where she cannot come within a hundred yards of us as of court yesterday . On top of that I’m a 51 year old disabled man raising a four year old and a 9 year old on disability of $910
On top of that the mother is getting ssi for personality disorder depression she has tumors on her eyes and spinal fluid pressure to where she could have a stroke at any time and it’s driving around so andrina be careful oh yeah with no tags or insurance on the car and they still give the car to her
