Riverside County officials seek help locating man, missing since June

Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Juan Ignacio Garcia-Duarte, who has been missing since June 26.

MEAD VALLEY/WOODCREST – Investigators from the Riverside County Sheriffs Perris Station are seeking the public’s assistance with a missing person case, according to sheriff’s officials.

“Juan Ignacio Garcia-Duarte has been missing since June 26th,” according to Riverside Sheriff’s Sergeant Glenn Williams.

“He was last seen by his family in the Mead Valley/Woodcrest area, driving an older model white Dodge pick-up truck.” The license plate of the vehicle is not known at this time.

Garcia-Duarte has been described as a 47-year-old Hispanic male, 6’-01”, 215 lbs. He has black and grey hair, brown eyes, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a white and blue button long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball style cap.

“Mr. Garcia-Duarte is in good health and there is no explanation for his disappearance,” according to Riverside Sheriff’s Sergeant Glenn Williams.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with additional information regarding Garcia-Duarte is encouraged to contact Master Investigator Trudeau, at the Perris Station by calling (951) 210-1040. Callers can refer to incident file number PC161950018 and can remain anonymous. Citizens may also submit a tip using the Sheriff’s CrimeTips online form or by emailing the Perris Station.
