This is my car. My mother and I were driving home from the movies and were hit at the corner of Murrieta Road and Sun City Boulevard we were in the process of making a left-hand turn. We were hit head on by a drunk driver . We just received recently the accident report this driver was driving over 3 1/2 times over the legal limit did not have a seatbelt on and driving with no lights, and was on the phone at the time. This woman had several prior drunk driving arrests. She died at the hospital. Luckily my mother and I survived we are still paying the price for her ultimate bad decision to drive while drinking. I have three herniated disc in my neck a broken back, a broken tibia and just recently had shoulder surgery. My mother spent Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s eve in a rehab home for 12 1/2 weeks she is still recovering from her surgery on her foot and leg the broken three places she is a diabetic and has been suffering ever since. I cannot tell you how much this has affected our family and our lives. Please do not drink and drive.
