Hemet man arrested after multiple molest victims come forward
HEMET — A Hemet man was arrested following a months-long investigation into the alleged sexual molestation of at least three children, two of whom are now adults, according to sheriff’s officials. Following the lengthy investigation, the alleged suspect was arrested without incident at his home on the 27000 block of Hemet St.

Deputies assigned to the Hemet Sheriff’s Station began investigating 71-year-old, Allan Joseph Mikolaycik in early September after receiving information that the man had committed a lewd act on a child at his Hemet residence, Riverside Sheriff’s Sgt. James Burton reported after Mikolaycik’s arrest.
Based on the circumstances, investigators took over the case and began delving into Mikolaycik’s past and interviewing the initial victim as well as other potential victims.
Sheriff’s officials arrested 71-year-old Allan Mikolaycik after a months-long investigation revealed he had molested at least three children dating back to 2014. Two of Mikolaycik’s reported victims are now adults, according to officials.
“During the course of the investigation, two additional victims, both now adults, have been identified,” explained Burton; who reported the incidents, which involved at least one child who was younger than 10-years-old, dated back to 2014 and covered the past five years.
Based on their investigation, officials arrested Mikolaycik yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, Dec. 17. He was later booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta on suspicion of four counts of oral copulation with a child younger than 10-years-old. Additional charges could be filed if new information comes to light or additional victims come forward.
Jail records indicate Mikolaycik remains in custody in lieu of $1 million bail and he is scheduled to be arraigned at an unspecified court Dec. 19.

Trevor has been married for more than 29 years and was a foster parent to more than 60 children over 13 years. He is now an adoptive parent and his “fluid family” includes 13 children and 16 grandchildren.

There is no way this man did anything of the sort shame on whoever is accusing him of this
Al turned himself in voluntarily. All charges but 1 have been thrown out and bail dropped to 50 thousand. He’s being released from jail. Apparently this originated with an disgruntled family member trying to get at his dad. First 2 “accusers ” were making claims about when Al was TEN YEARS OLD!!! They were both sent packing!! Please add information tomorrow to update this article. It has caused much anger and hatred that is unwarranted to a family that community and friends and family, including his other kids and grandkids are sticking by! The comments have been vicious about killing, maiming and otherwise toward Mr. Mikolaycik before any EVIDENCE was provided. An accusation and arrest aren’t evidence. If one is found guilty and convicted I would understand but this is a family squabble designed to hurt a dad I believe. This article could lead to criminal action against the family.
