UPDATE: 09/12/2016 8:45 p.m. Upon further investigation into this traffic collision, Riverside Police detectives arrested Kelli Nguyen, 42, of Riverside Sept. 9. She was arrested at a residence on Primrose Drive in Riverside. She was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside for felony hit & run causing injury.
